Full Legal Compliance Services -- We provide complete and comprehensive compliance for our portfolios: Advice and direction in label design to comply with Federal and State requirements; Certificate of Label Approval applications, use-ups, exceptions; state brand registrations, price posting, and tax and gallonage reporting. We are licensed to sell wine to wholesalers in all 50 states. U.S. Logistics and Warehousing – Our primary distribution warehouses in California and New Jersey are in close proximity to the major ports of Oakland and New York. Both locations are FOB points from which wholesalers in nearly all 50 states pick up wine on a regular basis. USA Wine West is able to negotiate very favorable storage and handling rates with these public warehouses. For our sales to California retailers and restaurants we contract wine deliveries by specialized wine trucking companies. We also have good relations with Less than Truckload trucking companies providing specialized temperature controlled coast to coast wine transfers.

Full Container Consolidation and Ocean Freight -- USA Wine West, LLC arranges full container, consolidated container loads and airfreight shipments for importation from nearly any region of the world. We work with all the major freight forwarders. Less than Container Load Consolidation and Importing -- We also have regular containers from most wine producing regions where we accommodate “less than container load” shipping. Various wineries and U.S. importers with whom we work utilize this consolidation service as a cost-effective way to import small quantities of wine into the country.

Customs Clearance – Our San Francisco-based customs broker is an industry leader with over 150 years of experience. Whether the shipment arrives via ocean or air, in a local California port in a New York area (or any other point of entry into the U.S.), their expertise and resources make 10 + 2 filing, FDA prior notice, customs clearance and freight release a seamless process.

Bookkeeping -- Our office manages accounts payable with professionalism, transparency and ease as we track and pay all incoming bills – from ocean freight, customs/duty/tax and warehouse storage, to trucking, billbacks, commissions and supplier payments. We are always available to discuss account expenditures and income.

Information Technology – We have developed specialized software that provides real-time access for portfolios to all account information via our website. From live inventory and pending sales, to A/R, invoice detail reports, to account expenses and income posted daily, the information is available for perusal 24/7.

Administrative Services -- Our staff has years of experience in the logistics and administration of the wine business. We manage inventory, trucking and wholesale logistics relationships, order processing, accounts receivable and invoicing. We are responsive, practical and professional.
